2. General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

Article 1 – Purpose

These conditions govern the sales of products offered on the site www.chic-connect.com.

Article 2 – Products

Chic-Connect offers smartphone accessories (strap with integrated charging cable).
The essential characteristics are described on each product sheet.

Article 3 – Price

Prices are shown in euros, VAT included.
Delivery costs are specified before validation of the order.

Article 4 – Orders

Any order constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
The customer receives a confirmation email after payment.

Article 5 – Payment

Payments are secured via Stripe, PayPal or other methods offered on the site.

Article 6 – Delivery

Delivery to France and Europe.
Indicative delivery times: 7 to 9 working days.
Delivery is free.

Article 7 – Withdrawal & returns

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 daysafter receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a defect.
Refunds are made within 5 to 7 days after receipt of the return.

Article 8 – Guarantees

The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects.
