DO YOU ALSO SHIP ABROAD?
Absolutely, we ship throughout Europe.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Shipping is FREE for all orders.
WHAT ARE THE PREPARATION AND SHIPPING TIMES?
Orders are shipped within 48 hours.
They are delivered in 7 to 9 working days for Europe, if stock is available delivery possible within 3 days for France
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
After an order is placed, it is sent as quickly as possible to one of our fulfillment centers, from which your item will be shipped.
We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as your package is shipped. You can then check the delivery progress on our website in the "Track my order" tab using your email address and order number. A tracking number will be provided.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply select your items and click the "ADD TO CART" button. Repeat for each item, then go to your cart and follow the steps to complete your order until payment. We will prepare your order and send you an order confirmation email.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards and PayPal. Checks and money orders are not accepted.
IS PAYMENT SECURE?
Absolutely, our store is fully secure and we have an SSL encryption system to protect your personal and confidential data.
I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Have you received confirmation that your order has been shipped? If your order has been shipped for more than 9 days, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate and get back to you within 48 hours.
I ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS AND ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER, IS THIS NORMAL?
Yes, this is completely normal. To minimize your wait, we ship all items separately as soon as they are ready to ship. The rest of your order should arrive within the next few days.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We're sorry, but this can happen. Please contact us by telling us about the problem and attaching a photo as proof. We will do our best to find a solution.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR BENEFITING FROM THE “SATISFIED OR YOUR MONEY BACK” GUARANTEE?
You must be within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to be able to benefit from the "Satisfied or Refunded" guarantee, you must contact us before any return in order to follow the procedure indicated and the product must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging.
